Consultation and Cake tasting

If you are interested in a wedding cake from The Cake Parlour we advise you to come to the shop in Wimbledon Park to meet Zoe and have a consultation to talk through your wedding plans, style and initial ideas. During the consultation you will be able to sample six of our most popular cake flavour combinations. For an additional cost we can also produce sketches of the cake or a design board.

 

Delivery and collection

The Cake Parlour provides a delivery and installation service at your venue, cost of this depends on the distance from Wimbledon Park, alternatvely collection is also encouraged.

 

Cake stands and cake knives

We are able to hire out ceramic, glass, perspex and silver cake stands. We require a security deposit and stands must be returned 2-4 days after the event.

 

Lead times

To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book your cake 6-9 months in advance especially if you are having a Summer Wedding. However, we are sometimes able to accommodate last-minute requests so please enquire to find out.

 

Payment

We require £200 to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event.
