Terms and Conditions

 

The Cake Parlour LTD reserves the right to cancel any classes at their own discretion.

In the event of this happening, students will be offered an alternative date for the same or a similar class. If the date or class does not suit the student, a full refund will be offered.

The Cake Parlour LTD will not be held liable for any travel and accommodation expenses in the event of any cancellations.

 

If a student chooses to cancel their booking on a course, a full refund will be offered up to one month before the start date.

Between one month, and fourteen days before the course start date, a student may substitute their place on the course for another student, though will incur a £20.00 administration fee.

Substitution is solely at the discretion of The Cake Parlour LTD, and any decision made is final.

No Substitutions will be allowed 14 days before the course starting date.
